Mumbai Local ("the app") is a free, offline Mumbai suburban railway timetable app published by Shubh Pranamya. This policy explains what information the app handles and why. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

The app does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location. The train timetable is bundled inside the app and works fully offline.

Saved favourites and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else.
Advertising and analytics. The app uses the third-party services listed below, which may collect device information such as your advertising identifier, IP address, and general app-usage and diagnostic data. This is used to show ads and to measure how the app is used and how ad campaigns perform. That processing is done by those third parties, not by us, and we do not receive your personal data.

Third-party services

Google AdMob (advertising) shows the banner ads in the app.
Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics and ad measurement) measures app usage and installs, and attributes installs from Google Ads.
Meta (Facebook) SDK (ad measurement) measures and attributes installs from Meta ad campaigns.

Each service uses data under its own policy:

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time from your device settings (Settings, Google, Ads on Android).

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not ourselves receive personal data from you. Any processing for ads and analytics is performed directly by the third parties above.

Children

The app is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention and deletion

Favourites and settings live only on your device; uninstalling the app removes them. For data held by the third parties above, please refer to their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
